About Us

Mark Tuller’s love for cooking began at the Culinary Institute of America, where he discovered not just the techniques of great cuisine, but a true passion for bringing people together through food. Since 2004, Mark has been creating memorable dining experiences that turn every occasion into something special.
Before starting his own business, Mark worked as an executive chef at several well-known establishments, including the historic Otesaga Resort in Cooperstown, NY. In 2007, he followed his dream and launched Tuller’s Catering and Party Service, offering custom menus that fit every style — from backyard BBQs to elegant weddings and black-tie galas. His dedication to quality and personal service has taken him all over New York State, helping clients celebrate life’s best moments with exceptional food and warm hospitality.
That same passion inspired the next chapter in 2017, Mark and his brother, Matt, opened Longview Farm & Event Center in Edmeston, NY — a stunning venue that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern elegance. Together, they’ve created a place where friends, families, and businesses can gather to celebrate in style.
Today, Mark continues to lead both Tuller’s Catering and Longview Farm, bringing his signature mix of creativity, flavor, and heart to every event.
